Water storage happens everywhere. With FTC it may look a little different than your typical Midwest-American water tower, but there is so much more versatility in how you store clean water. They can be used on any footprint, built inside rooms with limited access, and can be disassembled, altered and moved. You must be able to access the dunnage on the bottom of the tank which includes manipulating bolts that need tightening, inlets, outlets, and drain piping. IEE can quote the dunnage on smaller tanks or help you plan for it on larger tanks.
Whether your area of operation may be large or it may be small, FTC can provide smaller water tanks as seen above to much larger ones. These water tanks offer flexible placements, storage, and an endurance to a wide variety of climates. From hot deserts to northern cold, we can make these tanks with insulation up to 2″ thick built into the fusion process or we can provide custom heaters based on the expected temperatures.
FTC tanks are designed to work well in hot, cold, or fluctuating climates, which is great for the Midwest! They also have wind and seismic resistance for windier areas or those who are affected by earthquakes. These tanks can be used for household level storage or something with a far greater need for water, like a data center. The placement of the FTC tank is also changeable. You can place it down for a period of time and then disassemble it and put it back up in another area as your buildings/projects progress. The fusion process that creates the insulation and layered structure of the panels is done with 30 ton presses at the factory and ships easily as stacked panels on pallets with secure wrapping during shipment. Our Virginia facility keeps a large inventory of panels, so we can supply common tank designs quickly. Custom designs are certainly available too!
